Gender & Sexuality Alliance - Executive Council Meeting

 These are the biweekly meetings for GSA leadership to plan upcoming events. These are not open meetings, but the minutes will be available. In addition, others may be invited to attend as needed.

The Gender and Sexuality Alliance has a commitment to protecting the well-being of queer students. We recognize the following as resources needed to maintain this well-being:

- A safe and inclusive community gathering space

- Access to queer education, including our community’s history, culture, and legal rights

- Protection from harassment, discrimination, and violence

- Gender-neutral bathrooms and other accommodations that are inclusive to transgender and gender non-conforming people, without alienating, isolating, or othering them

- Information relating to queer healthcare, including: Gender-affirming care, HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment, Mental health counseling

We likewise do not tolerate discrimination on the basis of age, disability, ethnicity, gender, national origin, or religion; this includes ableism, ageism, antisemitism, classism, islamophobia, racism, or sexism. Our goal is to establish a community in which all people enjoy freedom of existence without fear of oppression or condemnation.
