Join us for Student Wellness Drop-In Meditation & Mindfulness Class! Classes are free for all JCCC students - just bring your Student ID.
The purpose of this class is to explore easy and fun ways to meditate that you can incorporate into every day. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome. We will practice a variety of meditation and mindfulness techniques with the goal of finding out what works best for each person, gaining a greater sense of stability and balance in life, and cultivating an attitude of lovingkindness.
