Description

World War I was one of the most important and devastating conflicts of the last two centuries. Yet, this war has been largely forgotten by the American public. This state of affairs is the case even though the lessons of the Great War can shed light on the conflicts, culture, and problems of our own time.

Please join the members of English 292 for a World War I Symposium on Monday, May 5, at 6:30 PM, in the CoLab. The students of English 292 will be joined by James Leiker of the History Department, Doug Texter of the English Department, and Nicole Dobronski of the National WWI Museum and Memorial.  Light refreshments will be served.
